These photos are sent to our servers for design generation and storage.

2.3 Motion and Sensor Data

During 360° panoramic scans, the app uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope to guide the capture. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2.4 Purchase Data

In-app purchases are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation of your purchase to credit your account.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate design previews from your room photos
• Store your rooms, photos, and generated designs
• Send verification emails for account actions (login, email change, account deletion)
• Track your generation credit balance

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Clever Cloud in Paris, France. All communications between the app and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS.

Photos and generated designs are stored on our servers as long as your account is active.

6. Data Retention

• Active account: your data is retained as long as your account exists
• Account deletion: all your data (account information, photos, designs) is permanently deleted when you delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data (you can update your name and email in the app)
• Delete your data (via account deletion in the app)
• Port your data — request a copy of your data
• Object to processing of your data
